Our bathroom fitter will visit your home and undertake a free survey. During the survey, your bathrooms were measured, and all the existing plumbing and wiring is inspected. Our fitter will then discuss what you want from a Bathroom and answer any questions you may have.

We can design a bathroom based on what you have in mind regarding the suite, flooring, walls, etc. or a design you may have a copy of (for example, a bathroom you have seen online). Or if you’re unsure what you would like, our bathroom fitter will go through all the available options.

With the endless range of bathroom suites, taps, tiles, flooring materials and bathroom furniture, many different bathroom styles can be created. The materials, colours, and textures for the flooring and walls set the bathroom’s initial look.

Bathrooms fall into the traditional and modern categories. Traditional-style bathrooms are prevalent in older properties, while modern-style bathrooms work in newer properties. However, there are no hard and fast rules. It’s perfectly ok to fit a modern bathroom in an old property.

Traditional Bathroom Styles

Standard traditional-style bathrooms feature neutral colours on the walls and floor, accompanied by a traditional suite, where the toilet, bath, and basin have rounded edges.

The country looks bathroom features the same light colours and rounded suites but with treated wood panelling on the walls. Wood features can also be used to create a more rustic-looking bathroom.

Modern Bathroom Styles

Modern contemporary bathrooms use clean colours and are purposely uncluttered for a spacious feel. Bright colours can also work if that’s what you prefer.

Modern bathrooms typically feature square suites, clear shower enclosures, and monobloc taps. However, Scandinavian-style bathrooms with white flooring and walls generally work better with rounded suites.

If you want a modern but darker bathroom, then the industrial style utilises metal and darker colours. For example, black and white suites and fittings fitted with metro tiles and dark grout.
